In addition, search engine optimization will be used which drives traffic to our website where your rental will be listed with other ACP Select Management listings. It will also be marketed to our network of rental agents and paid social media ads upon request.

We take care of our tenants and owners with the help of the software Buildium. Buildium provides our tenants with an easy-to-use portal (app or desktop form) that allows them to pay rent and report maintenance concerns. As an owner you will have access to a suite of accounting tools to monitor your investment. Seamless transfer of funds from the tenant to you, maintenance records, yearly tax document generation and more.
